Several Injured As Shooting Stone Hits Tempo On Jammu-Srinagar Highway At Ramsoo

Jammu, July 22 (GNS): Several people were injured on Wednesday after a shooting stone hit a tempo on the Jammu-Srinagar highway at Ramsoo area of Ramban district.
Officials told GNS that the tempo bearing registration number JK06B 9842 was hit by shooting stones amid ongoing rains in the area.
Injured persons were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Traffic was briefly disrupted on the highway and later restored after clearance of debris.
Authorities have advised commuters to remain cautious while travelling on the highway in view of unstable weather and frequent shooting stones. (GNS)
