إِنَّا لِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
With profound sorrow and deep grief, we inform the demise of Sheikh Abdul Majeed, beloved father of Dr. Sheikh Tariq.
Namaz-e-Janazah shall be offered today at 2:30 PM at his residence in Sheikh Hamza Colony, Lal Bazar, Srinagar.
The deceased was a resident of Hamza Colony, Lal Bazar, Srinagar, and originally hailed from (RAJOURI KADAL) – Dug Kadal, Awantabhawan, Srinagar.
May Almighty Allah (SWT) forgive his shortcomings, shower His infinite mercy upon him, grant him the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous, and bless the bereaved family with Sabr-e-Jameel and the strength to bear this irreparable loss.
“Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return.” (Qur’an 2:156)
We request everyone to remember the departed soul in their prayers and recite Surah Al-Fatiha for him.
May Allah grant him eternal peace and make his grave a garden from the gardens of Paradise. Ameen.
