NC leader Imran Shah Condoles Demise of Senior KAS Officer Romeen Sheikh; Seeks Expeditious Compassionate Appointment for Bereaved Family
Anantnag, June 29: Senior National Conference (NC) leader and District vice President Anantnag, Imran Amin Shah, today visited the residence of the Dalal family in Anantnag to express his heartfelt condolences on the demise of their son-in-law, Romeen Sheikh, a senior KAS officer who recently passed away following a severe cardiac arrest in Jammu.
During the visit, Shah conveyed his deep sympathies to the bereaved family and shared in their grief over the untimely loss of a dedicated public servant. He prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and strength and patience to the family to bear this irreparable loss.
While interacting with family members, Shah emphasized the need for institutional support to families affected by such tragedies. He urged the Hon’ble CM omar Abdullah and concerned authorities to expedite the grant of compassionate appointment to the deceased officer’s wife under the relevant SRO provisions, ensuring timely assistance and financial security for the family during this difficult period.
Imran shah reiterated that compassionate measures must be implemented promptly in deserving cases so that affected families receive the support and dignity they deserve in times of distress.
