Tipper Overturns in Prang, Kangan; Driver Injured, Hospitalised

Ganderbal, July 31 (KNC): A driver sustained injuries after a tipper vehicle overturned in the Prang area of Kangan in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Thursday evening, officials said.
According to officials, the accident took place at around 8:30 PM when the tipper reportedly went out of the driver’s control and overturned on the roadside under circumstances that are yet to be ascertained.
Soon after the incident, local residents, along with emergency responders, rushed to the spot and launched a rescue operation. The injured driver was evacuated from the damaged vehicle and shifted to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. His condition is stated to be stable.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and registered a case. An investigation has been initiated to ascertain the exact cause of the accident.
