PDD Worker Electrocuted at Awanta Bhawan Srinagar, Dies After Hospitalization
Srinagar, Feb 03, 2025 (JKNN): A Power Development Department (PDD) worker, who suffered an electric shock in the Awanta Bhawan Nowshera area of Srinagar, has succumbed to his injuries after being hospitalized, officials confirmed.
The worker, identified as Bashir Ahmad Sofi, a resident of Gadroora, Ganderbal, was critically injured on January 26, 2025. He was immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment but sadly passed away this morning.
Meanwhile, authorities have initiated investigations into the incident.
