J&K Govt Reconstitutes Establishment-cum-Selection Committee
Srinagar, Mar 11 (KNC): The Jammu and Kashmir Government has reconstituted the Establishment-cum-Selection Committee through an official order issued by the General Administration Department.
According to Government Order No. 305-JK(GAD) of 2026 dated March 10, a copy of which lies with news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, the committee will be headed by Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo as Chairman.
The members of the committee include Shaleen Kabra, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Jal Shakti Department; Ashwani Kumar, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Power Development Department; Shailendra Kumar, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Finance Department; and Achal Sethi, Commissioner/Secretary, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs. Commissioner/Secretary General Administration Department M. Raju will serve as the Secretary of the committee.
The order further states that the Administrative Secretary of the concerned department will be co-opted as a special invitee whenever a case related to that department is taken up. The terms of reference and the procedure of the committee will remain the same as specified in Government Order No. 1488-GAD of 2011 dated December 26, 2011. (KNC)
