Cordon intensified in Kulgam after gunshots heard during CASO

Srinagar, Nov 13 (NVI):- Cordon layers have been tightened in Badimarg Kulgam after gunshots were heard during CASO on Wednesday afternoon.
A senior police officer told News Vibes of India—(NVI) that on a specific input a cordon and search operation was launched in Badimarg by a joint team of Police and army on Wednesday afternoon.
He said that during searches, some gunshots were heard following which cordon was tightened around the area.
He said that cordon layers have tightened further amid the ongoing search operation but as of now contact hasn’t established.
He said that search operation is underway in the area.(News Vibes of India)
