Centre Assigns 2024-Batch AGMUT IAS Officers After Phase-II Training; J&K Gets Two New Officers
Seerat Baji, Gaurav Yadav Posted to Jammu & Kashmir; Fresh Cadre Allocations Issued Across AGMUT States and UTs
Srinagar, Aug 4 (KNC): The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Government of India, has issued the posting orders for 2024-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers of the AGMUT cadre following the successful completion of their Phase-II training at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), with two officers assigned to the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
As per an official order issued by the Ministry, Seerat Baji, IAS (2024 Batch) and Gaurav Yadav, IAS (2024 Batch) have been posted to Jammu and Kashmir as part of the latest cadre allocation.
The order also outlines postings of other AGMUT cadre officers to various States and Union Territories. Anmol Rathore and Tripti Kalhans have been assigned to Arunachal Pradesh, Rupal Rana has been posted to Puducherry, while Pawan Kumar Goel and Akanchha Singh have been allotted to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Similarly, Arjun Gupta and Benjo P. Jose have been posted to Delhi, whereas Buddhi Akhil has been assigned to Mizoram.
The Ministry stated that the postings have been made after the officers successfully completed their mandatory IAS Phase-II training programme. The appointment order was issued by Rakesh Kumar Singh, Under Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs.
The order has come into force with immediate effect, paving the way for the newly inducted officers to assume their respective assignments across the AGMUT cadre.(KNC)
