NC District Vice President Imran Shah Visits Eidgahs and Religious Places Ahead of Eid, Reviews Arrangements
Anantnag, May 25:: National Conference District Vice President Anantnag, Imran Amin Shah today visited various Eidgahs and religious places, including Eidgah Hanfia Janglatmandi, Jamat-e-Ahadith Janglatmandi, Ashajipora, and Khanabal, to review the arrangements being put in place for the devotees ahead of Eid celebrations.
During the visit, Imran Shah interacted with local residents, prominent citizens, civil society members, and representatives of the concerned committees to take stock of the preparations and requirements at these locations.
He urged the administration to ensure adequate facilities for the devotees, particularly proper sanitation, uninterrupted water supply, cleanliness, and smooth movement of traffic during Eid prayers. He also requested the Municipal authorities to undertake foolproof sanitation measures in and around Eidgahs and religious places so that devotees do not face any inconvenience.
Appreciating District Administration in particular DC Anantnag Dr Bilal Mohiudin for initiating review meeting for collection of sacrificial skins from house holds and its proper disposal through scientific way. He had also appealed rural areas to dispose skins underground tvo avoid any health hazard in future.
Imran Shah further appealed to the Police administration to make comprehensive security and traffic management arrangements to facilitate peaceful and hassle-free congregational prayers across the district.
Prominent citizens, members of civil society, and local residents accompanied him during the visit. Officials from the Municipal Committee were also present and assured that all necessary arrangements would be put in place well in time for Eid celebrations.
