Unidentified Female Body Recovered From River In Surankote, Poonch

Poonch, Aug 12(GNS): An unidentified female body was recovered from the river in Mora Bachhi area of Surankote in Poonch district on Wednesday.
Officials told GNS that a police team immediately reached the spot after being informed about the body floating in the river.
The identity of the deceased could not be ascertained.
Police said the body will be shifted to Sub District Hospital, Surankote for legal formalities and post-mortem.
Further investigation has been initiated to ascertain the identity and cause of death.(GNS)
