Pahalgam, July 23 (JKNN): Sheshnag Nallah at Betab Valley has crossed the danger level, raising concerns over a possible flood situation in the area.

According to the latest flood monitoring update, the water level at Sheshnag Nallah was recorded at 2392.348 metres at 4:55 AM on July 23, 2026, placing it in the Danger Level category.
Authorities have advised residents, tourists, and people living near the banks of the nallah to remain alert and avoid venturing close to the water. The administration is closely monitoring the situation and has urged the public to follow official advisories.
