3rd Sub-Junior & Junior National Pittu Championship to Be Held in Surat
The 3rd Sub-Junior National Pittu Championship (U-14 Boys & Girls), along with the 3rd Junior National Pittu Championship (U-19 Boys & Girls), is scheduled to be held from May 3 to May 6, 2026, in Surat, Gujarat.
The prestigious national-level tournament is being organized by the Pittu Federation of India, bringing together young athletes from across the country to showcase their skills, sportsmanship, and competitive spirit.
The championship aims to promote the traditional sport of Pittu at the grassroots level while providing a national platform for budding players in both sub-junior and junior categories. Teams from various states and Union Territories are expected to participate, making the event a vibrant celebration of youth talent and sporting excellence.
The event will also serve as an opportunity to identify and nurture future stars of the sport, thereby strengthening Pittu’s presence on the national stage.
