Traffic Plying from Both Sides on Jammu-Srinagar NHW
Traffic is currently moving smoothly from both directions on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NHW). Commuters are urged to adhere to lane discipline as overtaking could lead to congestion. Authorities advise passengers to travel on the Jammu-Srinagar NHW during the daytime and avoid unnecessary stops between Ramban and Banihal due to the risk of landslides or falling rocks.
The clearance of traffic on the SSG road will only proceed after receiving a green signal from the Border Roads Organisation (BRO). Meanwhile, the Bhaderwah-Chamba Road, Mughal Road, and Sinthan Road remain closed.
