Scooty Rider Killed After Crashing Into Tree in Pattan
Baramulla, Mar 10 (KNC): A man lost his life after a scooty he was riding lost control and rammed into a tree near Hyderbeigh on the National Highway at Pattan on Tuesday.
Officials told news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, The deceased has been identified as Nayeem Ahmad Rather, son of Mohammad Akbar Rather, a resident of Buchoo Pattan. He was riding a scooty bearing registration number JK05N-8271 when the accident occurred.
He sustained serious injuries and was rushed to Trauma Hospital Pattan, from where he was referred to JVC Hospital Srinagar in critical condition. However, doctors declared him brought dead upon arrival.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and further investigation initiated. (KNC)
