Medical Officer Dr Aijaz Rasool Passes Away
Srinagar, Dec 25 (KNC): Dr Aijaz Rasool, a Medical Officer with Jammu and Kashmir National Health Mission (NHM), posted at PHC Qaimoh, passed away on Thursday.
As per news agency KNC, Dr Rasool, a resident of Khrewan Malpora in Kulgam district, had reportedly fallen ill suddenly a few days ago and was undergoing treatment at SKIMS, where he was admitted to the ICU. He breathed his last about an hour ago, officials said.
The Namaz-e-Janaza of the deceased will be offered at 10:30 am at Khrewan Malpora, Kulgam.
His demise has cast a pall of gloom among colleagues, friends and residents of the area. (KNC)
