Ganderbal, Sep 28 (KS): A 24-year-old youth in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district committed suicide by hanging himself at his home on Thursday evening.

Official sources told news agency Kashmir Scroll that a 25-year-old youth (name withheld) resident of Athkharoo Rabitar was found hanging himself at his home.

He was immediately taken to the district hospital in Ganderbal, where doctors declared him brought dead.

Meanwhile, police have registered a case and started further investigation. (KS)
