Woman injured in bear attack in Handwara
Srinagar, Mar 11 (KS):- A woman was injured in a bear attack in Magam Handwara area of North Kashmir Kupwara district on Sunday late evening.
An official told news agency Kashmir Scroll that one lady namely Gulshana Begum age (50) wife of Jamal Ahmad Mochi resident of Magam was mauled and injured by a bear at Magam Handwara.
He said that the injured lady was shifted to District hospital Handwara for treatment.
Meanwhile further proceedings in this regard have been taken up.(KS)
