Unknown Person Stabs Youth in Srinagar; Probe Underway
Srinagar, Mar 27 (KNC): An 18-year-old youth sustained stab injuries after being allegedly attacked by an unidentified person in Jinab Sahib Soura area of Srinagar on Friday.
Reports reaching news agency Kashmir News Corner—(KNC) that the injured, a resident of Chinar Colony Bemina, was rushed to SKIMS Soura for treatment.
According to hospital sources, the victim was stabbed with a sharp-edged weapon near Jinab Sahib, resulting in an injury to the right side of his abdomen.
He was reportedly selling fruits.
The condition of the injured is
stated to be stable.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognisance of the incident and further investigation is underway.—(KNC)
