04/04/2024 (JKNN) The Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) stationed at the J&K Bank’s Hazratbal branch in Srinagar has become synonymous with frustration for customers as it remains mostly non-functional.
Despite repeated appeals from authorities, the machine’s technical glitches persist, leaving customers stranded and struggling with cash transactions.
Whether it’s technical errors or other underlying issues, the situation remains unresolved, with authorities seemingly unable to rectify the problem.
The constant malfunctioning of this vital banking facility not only disrupts daily operations but also severely inconveniences customers, urging an immediate and effective resolution from the concerned authorities.
