Tral Resident Suffers Critical Injuries Due to Electrocution, Shifted to SMHS Srinagar
Man electrocuted while repairing electric wire in Tral, critical in hospital

Pulwama, Jan 5, KNT: A man who sustained critical injuries due to electrocution was brought to the emergency department of SMHS Hospital Srinagar on Monday after being referred from the Sub District Hospital Tral.
Hospital sources said the injured person was brought with an electric shock received while repairing an electric wire at his residence. The incident occurred at Loardgam area of Tral.
The injured has been identified as Sheraz Ahmad Bhat, son of Abdul Majeed Bhat, an inhabitant of Loardgam Tral, aged 40 years. He was initially taken to SDH Tral, from where he was referred to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for specialised treatment due to the seriousness of his condition.
Sources at SMHS Hospital said the patient was admitted immediately after arrival and is undergoing treatment. His condition was stated to be serious. [KNT]
