Tragic Accident in Karnah Claims Four Lives and Leaves Multiple Injured as Vehicle Overturns

31/10/2023 (JKNN) In a tragic incident that unfolded in Karnah, Kupwara, four individuals are feared dead, and several others have sustained injuries after a vehicle overturned. The accident occurred at Nati Top Gabra, Tangdar, in North Kashmir’s Kupwara.

According to preliminary reports, a Sumo vehicle, fully occupied with passengers, lost control and skidded off the road at Nati Top in Gabra, Tangdar. This unfortunate incident resulted in the loss of four lives and left several individuals injured.

In response to the accident, local residents and the police acted swiftly to assist and evacuate the injured passengers.

Those injured in the accident have been promptly transported to the hospital for essential medical treatment. Meanwhile, a police team has been dispatched to the scene to verify the exact details of the incident.
