Traffic Update: J&K, Jammu/Srinagar, 12-11-2023 to 13-11-2023
NHW Blockages: Jammu-Srinagar NHW blocked for 1 hr. 40 mins. at T2 Ramban due to shooting stones. Slow movement reported at Dalwas, Cafeteria-Mehad, Magerkote, and single-lane traffic at Nachlana.
Travel Advisory: Prefer day travel on Jammu-Srinagar NHW, avoiding nights due to nomadic movement causing potential inconvenience.
HMVs Guidelines: HMV operators urged to avoid overloading, ensure sufficient fuel, and double-check vehicle fitness before NHW journey.
Specific HMV Criteria: Only 06 and 10-tyre HMVs permitted on Dhar road.
