Jammu, Dec 30 (JKNN) : Traffic on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NHW) is moving from both sides. Authorities have urged commuters to follow lane discipline, warning that overtaking could lead to traffic congestion. Travelers are advised to undertake their journeys on the highway during daylight hours and avoid unnecessary halts between Ramban and Banihal due to the risk of landslides and shooting stones.
Meanwhile, Bhaderwah-Chamba Road, Mughal Road, and Sinthan Road remain closed. On the Sonamarg-Kargil route, traffic will be permitted only after clearance from road maintenance agencies. Commuters are requested to stay updated on the latest travel advisories to ensure a safe journey.
