Suspension of Academic Activities at NIT Srinagar Following Islamia College Closure

Srinagar : 30/11/2023 (JKNN) In response to the suspension of classwork at Islamia College of Science and Commerce in Hawal Srinagar, the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Srinagar has taken a similar course of action by suspending all academic activities for the day.

This includes the cessation of classes, examinations, and administrative work. This decision reflects a coordinated effort to address and manage the situation, ensuring the well-being and safety of students and staff at NIT Srinagar amid the disruptions in educational activities.

The normal activities at both institutes will resume on December 01, 2023.
