Srinagar, December 24 (JKNN)/ Srinagar recorded its coldest night of the season as the temperature dropped to a chilling minus 6.6°C. The ongoing cold wave has tightened its grip across the Kashmir Valley, with frozen roads and water bodies marking the harsh winter conditions.
In South Kashmir, a fresh cold wave has pushed temperatures further down. Shopian recorded a bone-chilling minus 8.8°C, while Anantnag and Pulwama both stood at minus 8.3°C, and Kulgam at minus 6.7°C.
