Son Allegedly Stabs Mother in Anantnag; Accused Arrested

Srinagar, Jul 26 (GNS): A 65-year-old woman was hospitalised after stabbed by her son in Botengoo area in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district, official sources said on Wednesday evening.
They told GNS that one Hajira Begum, wife of Ghulam Mohuidin Dar was stabbed by her son namely Javid Ahmad Dar.
“The woman suffered abdominal injuries in the incident and was taken to DH Anantnag”, they said.
“The accused has been arrested and is being questioned for the act”, they further said.
