SOG Jawan Critically Injured During Ongoing Udhampur Encounter

Udhampur, Dec 15 (KNC): One Special Operation Group (SOG) personnel was critically injured as an encounter continues between terrorists and security forces in the Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday,.
Official sources told news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, that security forces had launched a cordon-and-search operation in the area following credible intelligence about the presence of terrorists. The operation escalated after the terrorists opened fire, leading to an ongoing exchange of gunfire.
Reinforcements have been rushed to the site, and the situation remains tense. Health condition of the injured jawan and the progress of the operation are awaited. (KNC)
