SKIMS Assigns Nodal Officers to Facilitate VIP Patient Care

Srinagar, Nov 24 (KNC): Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) Soura has designated two officers to ensure smooth and hassle-free medical assistance for patients referred from top government offices, an official order issued by the institute said.
According to Office Order issued by SKIMS as per news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, Dr. Fayaz Ahmad Bhat, Assistant Professor in the Department of General Medicine, has been assigned to facilitate patients referred from the offices of the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor, Hon’ble Chief Minister, and Chief Secretary of Jammu & Kashmir.
The order further states that Dr. Qazi Mudasir Javeid, Veterinary Assistant Surgeon at the Skill Development Centre/Veterinary Lab SKIMS, will assist Dr. Fayaz Ahmad Bhat in ensuring coordinated support and timely treatment for such patients.
The decision has been taken in continuation of a previous office order issued in July 2025. (KNC)
