Senior NC Leader Imran Shah Condemns PDP’s Divisive Statements
Anantnag, Dec 22: (JKNN) Senior National Conference (NC) leader Imran Shah strongly criticized the recent statements by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), accusing them of attempting to destabilize the NC-led elected government. Addressing a gathering of workers in Dawood Check, Anchidora, in Anantnag’s central segment, Shah highlighted the PDP’s negative rhetoric as a ploy to sow division and confusion among the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
“The PDP, which has consistently failed to secure the trust of the people, is once again resorting to baseless and disruptive statements to undermine the progress made by the National Conference government,” Shah stated. “Their rhetoric is not only unfounded but is an attempt to disturb the peace and stability that the people of Jammu and Kashmir deserve.”
He reiterated the NC’s dedication to the welfare and prosperity of the region, emphasizing the party’s commitment to development, peace, and stability. Shah further remarked that the public is well aware of the PDP’s intentions, accusing the party of consistently disregarding the people’s mandate.
“While the National Conference remains focused on serving the people, the PDP continues to engage in political theatrics aimed solely at causing unrest,” Shah said. “This is a time for unity, progress, and peace, not divisiveness and conflict.”
Assuring the residents of the Anantnag constituency, Shah pledged that the NC government would prioritize their concerns and work relentlessly for the betterment of Jammu and Kashmir.
“National Conference will not be distracted by the divisive politics of the PDP. We will remain steadfast in our commitment to the people, ensuring that their voices are heard and their aspirations fulfilled,” he concluded.
Imran Shah’s remarks come amidst a politically charged atmosphere in Jammu and Kashmir, with the PDP attempting to challenge the NC’s growing influence in the region.
