Senior Leader Shah Criticizes Power and Infrastructure Issues in Anantnag, Calls for Urgent Reforms.

17/12/2023 (JKNN) Shah tours Dawood check Azullah and Donipawa, Shirpora Bala area Lambasted PDD, PHE for poor supply.

Expressing deep anguish over the current power scenario in valley in particular to Anantnag senior socio political leader has said that despite having great potential in power produce the general public in present harash winter is deliberately being victimized by continued unscheduled power curtailments which is worth condemnable and worrisome.
Addressing various public interactions at Dawood Chek Anzulla and Shirpora Bala in Anantnag Shah said that huge amount of power tariff is being burdened on public but the supply is given on meagre quantity making consumers to suffer badly particularly students who are preparing for various exams these days.
Shah also lambasted PHE department for delayed and low supply of drinking water in dawoo check Halqa Anzullah and Donipawa Shirpora besides other city areas and even derelance in replacing the old and damaged pipes.

Shah urged the district administration to get wel prepared to deal with the situation coming after any atmospheric change like snow fall and also urged to use latest equipment for clearance of roads etc.

He also urged DC Anantnag to ensure hassle-free medical assistance and treatment to all in district hospital Anantnag and also ensure hassle-free movement of ambulances ferrying gynea patients to meternity hospital Anantnag which is at present very congested nad also the hospital too is very congested and in dilapidated condition.
Shah also demanded it’s immediate shift to Janglathmandi hospital building.

Shah was accompanied by Youth president and Fayaz Ah Tarray, ward president Shirpora M Yaqoob Khan, Peer Imtiyaz Ah, M Ramzan Sheikh, Fayaz Ah Sheikh, wasim Ah Rather and others.
