SED Initiates Probe Against Four Teachers in Kashmir

Srinagar, August 8, KDC: The Jammu and Kashmir government has ordered a probe against four teachers for alleged misconduct in Kashmir.
According to a government order issued by Commissioner Secretary, SED, Alok Kumar, a copy of which lies with Srinagar based news gathering agency Kashmir Dot Com, Syed Muhashira, Chief Accounts Officer of the Directorate of School Education, Kashmir, has been appointed as the Inquiry Officer. The probe is expected to be completed within 21 days.
Abdul Rashid Dar, Deputy Chief Education Officer, Anantnag, will serve as the Presenting Officer during the inquiry.
The accused, identified as Shafiq Ahmad Shah, Shabir Ahmad Shah, Razia Naseem, and Shaheena Akhter, were previously stationed in Kulgam, HSS Hardioru Anantnag, and Zone Shangus, respectively. (KDC)
