Renowned Footballer in Baramulla Village Electrocuted to Death

Baramulla, October 5 (KS): In a tragic incident, a well-known footballer from the north Kashmir’s Baramulla district was fatally electrocuted on Thursday.
Sources told news agency Kashmir Scroll, Imtiyaz Ahmad Rather, a 30-year-old resident of Rangwar area in Baramulla, came into contact with a live wire while carrying out repair work at his home.
Rather was immediately rushed to the Baramulla district hospital where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival sources said.
Meanwhile, whole village were engulfed in shock and grief upon learning about the untimely demise of this famous footballer sources further added. (KS)
