Rain, Snow to Continue in J&K Till Saturday: Weatherman
Srinagar, Mar 13 (JKNS): Jammu and Kashmir is likely to experience rain and snow showers until Saturday under the influence of a Western Disturbance, weatherman said on Thursday.
An independent weather forecaster Faizan Arif as per news agency JKNS said, “Today, intermittent rain showers are likely to subside by evening or night, providing a brief pause before another spell resumes by late Friday morning or afternoon.”
He further stated that the second spell, lasting from Friday afternoon to Saturday, is expected to be more widespread. Weather conditions are likely to improve from Sunday, although isolated showers may still occur in some areas.
“Once this system clears, no major Western Disturbance is expected to impact Jammu and Kashmir for the next 7 to 10 days,” he added. (JKNS)
