Srinagar, Nov 12: (JKNN)
Parents across the Valley have raised serious concerns over the alleged exploitation by private schools, accusing them of leaving no stone unturned in looting parents in the name of education.
According to several parents, the prices of books and stationery items prescribed by these schools have skyrocketed, putting an additional financial burden on families. Despite repeated complaints, authorities have maintained silence, sparking outrage among parents who demand immediate intervention and strict regulation of private school policies.
Many parents allege that certain schools force them to purchase books and uniforms only from specific vendors, further aggravating the issue. They have appealed to the education department to take action and ensure transparency in school operations to protect parents from exploitation.
