Power Shutdown Alert: Multiple Srinagar Areas to Experience Outages for Maintenance Work
SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 25 – The Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL, has announced scheduled power shutdowns on various 33KV lines for maintenance work, affecting several regions. The outages are as follows:
November 2, 2024: Shutdown of 33 KV Magam Kongamdara line will affect Kunzar, Dobiwan, Ahmadpora, and Kongamdara areas from 09:30 AM to 03:30 PM.
November 2, 2024: Arampora Handwara Old line shutdown will affect Zachadara, Changmulla, Audoora, and Puhrupeth areas from 09:30 AM to 03:30 PM.
November 2 & 5, 2024: Alusteng Zakura line will impact Ahmed Nagar, Buchpora, and Umerhair partially from 09:30 AM to 04:30 PM.
Additionally:
October 31, 2024: Amargarh-Zainakote circuits and others will affect Bemina, Pattan, and Wanganpora areas, along with 33KV HMT Narbal and Shariefabad, from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
November 2, 2024: Wagoora-Pampore and Pampore-Mirbazar circuits will impact Pampore, Chashmashahi, and Khonmoh areas from 10:00 AM to 04:30 PM.
Residents are advised to prepare for the planned outages.
