PDP Should Introspect on Its Failures Instead of Criticizing Others: Imran Shah
Anantnag, Dec 16: (JKNN) Senior National Conference (NC) leader Imran Amin Shah criticized the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) for its recent remarks on the NC government, asserting that the PDP pursued a self-serving “self-rule” agenda, causing immense suffering to the people of Jammu and Kashmir (JK).
Shah accused PDP leaders, including Mehbooba Mufti, of corruption, nepotism, and involvement in recruitment scams and illegal allotments. He held the PDP responsible for the region’s turmoil post-August 5, 2019, and urged its leadership to introspect and apologize to the people instead of blaming others.
Highlighting the achievements of the NC during its brief two-month rule, Shah stated that the party, under the visionary leadership of Omar Abdullah, remains committed to fulfilling its promises. He emphasized NC’s focus on job creation, infrastructure development, and improved governance to ensure a brighter future for all communities in the region.
“The people of Jammu and Kashmir have suffered enough under irresponsible governance. The National Conference is dedicated to restoring their rights and dignity through decisive and effective leadership,” Shah said.
