Pakistani fast-bowler and batsman, Naseem Shah, proudly revealed that he has been granted a golden visa by the United Arab Emirates (UAE), placing him among the esteemed list of celebrities who hold this honor.
The 20-year-old cricket sensation shared a photo on his Instagram account, capturing the moment he received the golden visa from officials at the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRF) in Dubai. His caption expressed his gratitude, stating, “A great honor to receive my Golden Visa from a country I consider my second home!”
During his participation in the Asia Cup 2023 last month, Naseem Shah encountered a setback in the 46th over of Pakistan’s match against India. He had to leave the field due to a shoulder injury, specifically a muscle injury just below his bowling shoulder. This injury was not a recurrence of any previous shoulder issues.
To address this ailment, Naseem Shah underwent a successful surgery, regrettably ruling him out of contention for the ICC World Cup 2023.
