Mysterious murder of 18-month-old boy sends shock waves across Budgam

Srinagar, Sep 10 (NVI): In a shocking incident, an 18-month old- baby boy was mysteriously killed in the dead of the night in Kachwari area of Khansahib in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district, officials said today.

An official told NVI that on the intervening night of Sep 9 and 10, an 18-month old baby was found dead mysteriously with some marks on his throat. The slain was identified as Zeeshan Ahmed Kalas, son of Bilal Ahmed Kalas of Kachwari are of Khansahib, Budgadm district.

“However, a police official told news Vibes of India—(NVI) that nothing is official at this stage as investigations are underway. “We are investigating all angles,” the official said. “We are questioning the family members as well.” No family member has come forward so far to clarify as to how the boy died.

Meanwhile, police have taken the possession of the body of the minor boy for post-mortem. There is no official statement from the police over the matter yet. “Let the investigations reach some point. We will reveal media about ow the boy died,” the police official said.

The incident has however, sent shock waves across Budgam district with people flooding the house of Bilal Ahmed to inquire as to how the baby boy was killed. (The story is developing)—(News Vibes of India )
