Srinagar, Jan 24: Apni Party Youth General Secretary, In-charge Eidgah Constituency and Former Chairman & Corporator SMC Mohammad Ashraf Palpori on Wednesday took cognizance of in Kreshibal-Eidgah and interacted with the local populace over a video conferencing.

In a statement issued here, Palpori said that people of this area were relentlessly suffering due to unavailability of proper drainage but today the long pending grievance has been addressed as per their demand.

“This will prove helpful for the resolution of public woes as the people had to undergo huge inconvenience during inclement weather conditions and the overflow of sewage kept residents locked inside their doors but that condition will change now,” he said.

Palpori said that Apni Party’s main motive is to work for the welfare of the public whose pleas aren’t being heard and who have been exploited by political vultures in the past.

“Our main focus lies on alleviating their suffering and this is what jinab Altaf Bukhari the party supremo has been doing since the inception of the party and that remains our source of inspiration,” he said.

He added that all public related issues concerning electricity supply, water scarcity & dilapidated road conditions will be taken with concerned quarters to resolve this issue.

The locals of this area thanked him for his serious efforts in the public interest and vowed to strengthen and support him in the upcoming Assembly Elections.
