Minor killed, two injured in Baramulla road mishap
Srinagar, May 03 (KS): A minor boy was killed while two others, including a woman, were injured in a road mishap in the Delina area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Friday evening.
Reports reaching the News agency Kashmir Scroll said a speeding truck hit a family of three people on the Srinagar-Muzaffarabad national highway at Delina this evening, resulting in injuries to three persons, including a minor boy and a woman.
All the injured were taken to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared the minor boy dead, while the others were hospitalized for further treatment.
A police officer told the news agency Kashmir Scroll that a case in this regard has been registered, and further investigation has been initiated. The officer identified the deceased boy as Hamaad, son of Aijaz Ahmad Mungral (8 years), while the injured were identified as Munaza Begum, wife of Aijaz Ahmad Mungral, and her husband, Aijaz Ahmad Mungral, all residents of Delina.(KS)
