Man killed after being attacked by a bear in Doda

Doda, October 06 (KS): A man was killed after he was attacked by a wild bear in the Village Bhendoga Nullah area of Doda district on Friday morning.
An official told news agency Kashmir Scroll that a wild bear attacked a man identified as Mushtaq Ahmed, a resident of Kathawa Khanpura at Bhendoga Nullah.
He was immediately rushed to the hospital; however, he succumbed to his injuries on the way there, the official said.
Meanwhile, the locals appealed to the authorities to capture the wild bear as soon as possible. (KS)
