Individual named Irshad Ahmad Langoo, son of Bashir Ahmed Langoo, who resides in Hamdaniya Colony and has been arrested for allegedly raping a minor girl.

An FIR (First Information Report) numbered 97/2023 has been filed under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Sections 5(N) and 6 of the POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Act at the Bemina Police Station, with involvement from the Srinagar Police.
