Man allegedly killed,  as scuffle over land dispute turns deadly in Sopore’s

Srinagar, Sep02 (NVI): A land dispute in the Astan Mohalla Tarzoo area of North Kashmir’s Sopore turned fatal after a man was allegedly killed in a scuffle by his cousin, officials said.

A police official told News Vibes of India (NVI) that a scuffle broke out between two parties in Sopore, resulting in the death of a man who was allegedly killed by his cousin.

He added that the man, later identified as Khazir Mohammad Malik, son of Mohammad Sultan Malik, sustained serious injuries and was immediately taken to the Sub-District Hospital Sopore, where doctors pronounced him dead on arrival.

Meanwhile, police have launched an investigation.—(News Vibes of India)
