Jammu, 05 Feburary: In a momentous development within the Indian Army’s leadership landscape, Lieutenant General MV Suchindra Kumar has been appointed as the new Northern Army Commander, succeeding Lieutenant General Upendra Dwivedi, who is set to take over as the Vice Chief of Army Staff at the Army Headquarters.
