Kupwara missing man found dead
Kupwara, April 30: An elderly missing man from north Kashmir’s Kupwara was found dead this morning in the district.
An official told News Agency Kashmir Scroll that an elderly man aged around 100 who went missing on the 29th morning was found dead.
He said that his body was floating in the Nallah near Shurmiyal in Lolab, and after informing the police, the body was taken to Sub District Hospital Kupwara.
A police officer told News Agency Kashmir Scroll that the missing man, identified as Ghulam Mohiuddin Ganie of Kantpota Lolab, has been found dead. The officer said that after legal medical formalities, the body will be handed over to the family for the last rites. (KS)
