Srinagar, Nov 2 (NVI) : One unidentified terrorist was killed, and four security personnel were injured during an ongoing encounter between security forces and terrioists in the Khaniyar area of central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Saturday morning.

A top police officer told NVI that one unidentified terrorist had been killed, and four security personnel were injured in Khaniyar.

The incident began when a joint team of security forces intensified searches around a suspected location, leading to an exchange of gunfire as the hiding terrorist opened fire on the forces, triggering the gunfight.—(News Vibes of India)
