Govt orders transfer, posting of several officers of law department

Srinagar, July 01 (KS):- J&K government on Monday ordered tranfer and posting of several officers of law department.

“Mr. Muzaffar Ahmad Wani, Secretary Legal presently posted in the General Administration Department is transferred and posted as Secretary Legal in the ARI and Trainings Department, Civil Secretariat, J&K, Mr. Waseem Ahmad Lone, Deputy Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the Finance Department is transferred and posted in the General Administration Department and Mr. Sourab Pangotra, Assistant Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the Revenue Department is transferred and posted in the Tourism Department vice Mr. Mukesh Singh, Assistant Legal Remembrancer,” reads an order, a copy of which lies with News Agency Kashmir Scroll.

“Mr. Mukesh Singh, Assistant Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the Tourism Department is transferred and posted in the General Administration Department vice Mr. Mudassar Hassan Choudhary, Assistant Legal Remembrancer, Mr. Javeed Nazir, Assistant Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the General Administration Department is transferred and posted in the Finance Department; and Mr. Mudassar Hassan Choudhary, Assistant Legal Remembrancer presently posted in General Administration Department is transferred and posted in Revenue Department vice Mr. Sourab Pangotra, Assistant Legal Remembrancer.” It reads further.

“The above officers shall be deemed to have been relieved from the date of issuance of this Order,” it states further.(KS)
