Jammu and Kashmir Bank customers are facing problems in accessing mPay services leaving customers fuming.

Customers informed that they are not able to access the app which is giving them tough time in logging into their accounts.

Thousands of J&K Bank customers have been left in the lurch as the bank’s mobile banking application ‘’mPay’’ has been defunct . The application is widely used by the bank’s customers across J&K.

The customers have urged the bank to resolve the issue immediately.
