Imran Shah welcomes decision to allow Muharram procession in Abi Guzar.

Anantnag, 27 July (JKNN) Welcoming the decision of LG administration to allow Muharram procession, in Abi Guzar Srinagar after morethan three decades Senior Socio Political Leader Imran Amin Shah has said that the decision will not only encourage but add in faith in democracy envisaged to flourish under the able and visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister of india and Home Minister.
Shah said that since decades this procession was banned only to play politics and hoodwink a perticular community for mere political gains.

After a long gap Central leadership first ensured establishment of peace and allowed mourners to show solidarity with Imam Hussain AS without any fear and restrictions. This shows how the LG administration is committed to accomodate all sections to flourish in peaceful atmosphere, Shah added.
Shah was addressing various delegations at Khanabal Anantnag including proposed candidates for upcoming Panchayat elections from Anantnag and Anantnag East and Anantnag west segments.

Shah also assured to highlight the genuine public issues for early redressal.
