House partially damaged in Shopian blaze

Srinagar, Dec 30 (KS):- A residential house got partially damaged in a fire incident in Ramnagri area of South Kashmir Shopian district.

An official told News Agency Kashmir Scroll that at about 03:00 am, Fire broke out in the house of Zaffar Hussain Khan son of Ab Kabir Khan resident Astaan Mohalla Ramnagri.

He said that Police Party Saidapora, F&E services and locals controlled the fire effectively, however, the roof of the house got completely damaged.

However, there is no loss of life or injury reported during this incident and the cause of fire is yet to be ascertained,he added.(KS)
